Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZLEAF BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZLeaf and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.
This app is designed for relaxation and focus purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have hearing problems or medical conditions, consult a healthcare professional before use. Use at appropriate volume levels to protect your hearing.
WARNING: Prolonged exposure to loud sounds may cause hearing damage. Users are solely responsible for setting appropriate volume levels. ZLeaf disclaims all liability for any hearing damage or health issues arising from app usage.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ZLEAF MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE APP OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THE APP. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZLEAF DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
ZLeaf shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms if such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
ZLeaf is not responsible for any loss of data, settings, or user-generated content. Users are advised to regularly backup their important data. We recommend using device backup features and cloud storage services for data protection.
The app may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, websites, or content. ZLeaf does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content or services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
We may update the app from time to time to improve functionality, security, or compliance. You agree to accept such updates, which may be installed automatically depending on your device settings.
